The gym is kept nice and tidy. Can be busy at times, but of course, that’s what you’d expect from any gym. The staff is always friendly and personable. With the gym offering a sauna and massage chairs, after each workout I feel rested and rejuvenated. Prices are awesome, although you do get into a contract. But again, with the prices being so good.. I’m ok with it.

Very clean facility, machines are in good condition, little of a wait time for weight machines and benches during peak hours but not bad. Nice turf area for stretching, rope exercises, kettle bells, foam rolling and more. Plenty of cardio machines, a good selection of group classes (zumba, yoga, body pump, etc.). Group training also available (if you need motivation this is a start). New thing for me was the cinema area where you can watch a theatre flick while doing cardio. Plenty of locker areas and nice clean locker room and showers. Hydro massage chairs are neat as well. There are wipes in various locations to clean machines and equipment after use. I fly around a lot and use a lot of gyms. This one is a standout. WIDE selection of exceptionally high quality equipment and training methodologies, and the cleanest gym I’ve ever seen. The members seem house trained too; they use their manners and put their weights away.
