Great personalized experience! With very small class sizes of 4 or fewer, you get personalized feedback on how you are doing to ensure your form is correct, which helps to prevent injury. I have definitely noticed a reduction in back and neck pain from attending these sessions. Instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!

I’ve been attending the kettlebell classes taught by Dr. Emily Blair, as well as the functional strength and mobility classes taught by Summer Solon, and the quality of instruction is exceptional. The professionalism and knowledge of the coaches at Square One Fitness is impressive. They were always able to answer my numerous questions and gave me additional interesting/impactful info to support my efforts to learn how to move more functionally. I particularly enjoyed the portion of the classes focused on breathing. Highly recommend!
