If you are looking to change the way you are aging and want to get healthier and stronger, I recommend that you work with Lisa. No matter where you are staring from , Lisa can help guide you on a path to a better you. She approaches exercise with a wealth of knowledge and experience that is thoughtful, systematic and logically designed for you to reach your goals- without pressure or shame. Lisa listens well and encourages dialog and feedback as you work through yourhomework exercises. She is fun to work with and she is always encouraging-celebrating milestones right along with you. She is a gem that I am grateful to have found.
