Atmosphere of studio is very chill aura, low lights and some groovy flowing lights on the ceiling. Great place for anyone looking to destress and flow. Studio provides every prop and mat you need. Clean bathrooms. Mellow music. Nice front lounge for community 💙<br>.<br>Nicky the studio owner is also very down to earth and spent extra time with me after class to discuss injuries and give me suggestions for physical therapy I could try. Thank you so much ☺<br>.<br>Overall I really appreciate the gentle and inviting energy of this studio and its teachers.<br>.<br>One suggestion is to get there early for class because street parking can be hectic at times.”
