Incredible space. Amazing teachers. It is evident that JSHY has been the trailblazer for hot yoga at the Shore. I have practiced at the studio for almost a decade. It is consistent, clean, extremely well managed. The teachers are loving and knowledgeable. Kuddos to continued success! Aloha
Best hot yoga place I have been too and location is great. A little more challenging than most hot yoga places but for me its a perfect, humbling experience. A great way to start your mornings or end the day!
Wow! This hot yoga studio checks off all the boxes. The instructors are top notch with a variety of them offered so you cant get bored. The space is super nice, perfect amount of heat, loved the music , super easy parking and class sign up. All the people are very kind and a wonderful group to practice hot yoga with. Not too crowded and not too empty. Overall a wonderful experience. ll be back.
