Can’t say enough about Bask! Amazing teachers..classes that can modified to all levels (which definitely helped me!) and the ability to go to all studios which gives you so many time options and different classes. If you are looking for a change or a place to start.. definitely give Bask a try!
Bask feels like 1 word: HOME. It is the best yoga studio I have ever been to and I am a yoga teacher - I’ve been to a lot of studios. The variety in the teachers, the energy in the space, the different class types… all superb. You cant find a studio like it anywhere else. If this tells you anything - I moved out west to Montana and I’m trying to finagle how I can go about spending half the year back on the east coast just so I can go to Bask. Just. So. I. Can. Go. To. Bask. Is that insane? No because once you try a class there you’ll understand.
I cannot believe I just read a bad review that the person who took the class didn’t sweat 😅 everytime I leave that place I am drenched!! not only does bask have INCREDIBLE teachers, I can name about 6 off the top of my head, but their studio is absolutely stunning and clean. I have tried so many studios and I really love bask the most! And their hot conditioning classes are top top tier.
