Update and change from 1 star.It looks like they may have hired someone to clean the gym. The urinals have been cleaned and no longer smell like a subway. The sauna while still dirty doesn’t have as many layers of dirt.There is hope! I guess I should be grateful for the nasty because the gym itself is beautiful and even with it being dirty it still gets very crowded.The gym itself is amazing with great equipment.It looks like they could care less about how clean it is. I find my coming infrequently because it’s disgusting.It’s been good inspiration to get a sauna at home. If you are thinking of getting a membership for use of the sauna, be prepared for it to be full of garbage, random left behind towels and clothing, or closed for construction. Also pool can’t possibly be regularly maintained, mold accumulates on the top of lane dividing rings. Chlorine should be killing that mold before it even appears.Hopefully the construction to the sauna on 2/21/24 changes things, if not this membership is a waste of money.Edit… After renovations to the sauna, the experience has improved significantly. Crowding still occurs however that is mostly unavoidable during certain times throughout the day.

This LA Fitness is great. Highly recommend it!Clean, great customer service, beautiful facility, saunas, hot tub, nice pool, locker room and lots of modern equipment and machines.John (their GM) offered us a tour of the facility. No pressure, answered all our questions and friendly. He was patient with our inquiries and proud of his club. (Rightly so.)I asked a few women in the women’s locker room what they thought about the club. They raved about how clean it was and how helpful the staff was.We had visited another club that wasn’t clean, had lots of out-of-order machines and pushy staff. We left that club and were lucky to stop here next.
