I’ve been attending classes at Bask since they first opened their Jackson studio. It is one of my favorite places to be. All three Bask Studios are beautiful and their instructors are outstanding. I love attending classes and the wide variety of workshops. I highly recommend Bask to anyone thinking about giving hot yoga a try.

I’ve taken 2 of Tyler’s classes at this studio and I loved it! I practice yoga regularly as a yoga teacher but I struggled to find a hot yoga studio that teaches in a way that feels good and not like a “workout” class. I love Tyler’s teaching style and I leave his class feeling inspired and light. I look forward to taking more classes in this space!

Izzy’s class was organized & gave the push I needed. She is always thoughtful with the modifications making sure we all know what’s available if needed! Wonderful instructor
