I took my first class at The Yoga Loft this past Wednesday and I'm so glad I did. This is a lovely space. I took the Root and Rise class with Sabrina and it was wonderful. After a full day of power washing my patio this was just what the doctor ordered. I look forward to my next class.
Went in for a Saturday morning 10am class. It was really great welcoming space. Class was challenging and the instructor, Jenn, was fantastic. Will be back for other classes and maybe some reiki.
I’ve been looking for a place I can find some serenity for at least a good hour and this studio has given above & beyond a peaceful & loving experience?I’ll keep coming back!!!
