The technician was very transparent as to the issue and how to repair and provided us tips on how to prevent the issue in the future.

Our very old (1993!) unit decided to expire on the hottest day of the summer! Shawn Green knew it was going to be a challenge, and he went over every detail with us to remove and replace our unit with what would work best in a very tight space. Shawn communicated regularly as he researched what would work best, and had us scheduled as soon as he had our materials and his crew assembled.
