A neighbor, how had a similar issue, referred me to a local contractor who referred me Pascale due to the nature of the job. From beginning to end, Pascale and Angelo's team were very responsive, professional, and just did an amazing job from beginning to clean up! From my first phone call, Ken came out same day to survey and provide me estimate. On the day of work, the team showed up on time and put in a hard full day. Despite some challenges with the excavating, they worked together and got the job done! They did a great job with the repair as well as the clean-up.

“On Oct 27 ‘25 we encountered a leak in our laundry room area. We had a local plumber come to the house and expressed that this would involve a sewer pipe in the wall that was leaking and required immediate attention,that was out of hie expertise. His thoughts were to advise us to someone who can do pipe lining. We found four companies and three or them COULD NOT help us. At 5:15 that evening we called the 4th company being Pipe Works. We were “pleasantly surprised” a live person answered,which is a rarity today. Our experience started when we explained our desparate situation. We would like to recognize the following techs. The staff in the office who instructed us that Delroy would be coming to our home that evening. He was so “professional” and instructed us. after assessing the situation a team would be out the following day repair the cracked sewer line in our wall. Early the following morning the team of Johnny,Jorge and Darwin showed up,and immediately started working on the damage. We were so pleased with their “professionalism and expertise” and so grateful for getting us through this stressful situation. THANK YOU and your company who we will HIGHLY recommend.
