“I've used Victor's for the last 5 years as I have 2 York systems. They replaced a coil on one unit as it was leaking. Just had them out on the other 5 ton unit yesterday. Moe did a great job. Hats off to Sue as she made it happen. They are really busy but she ensured (even with overtime) that they got me squared away. Sue has a tough job dealing with customers and her own team. She is the best. Victor's - work had to keep her.“
“Amazing HVAC company. I attempted to use another HVAC service to fix a problem with my heat pump/home heating oil system and they were unable to discover the problem, much less fix it. John from Lou Fasano Heating and Cooling came out the day after I called and quickly figured out the issue and fixed it. I had yet another problem a week later and John came out that day and, again, fixed the problem.Even better, when I called in I talked to Lou himself and he did his best to walk me through troubleshooting the issue myself, obviously willing to pass up on a service call if successful. He and John both went above and beyond.The best thing I can say about them is after only a few interactions I already know I can trust them completely and intend to use them for all future HVAC work.“

“We called QAS two years ago to get an estimate just for insulation in our attic. When we received the proposal, we saw that we could get a rebate through the NJ Clean Energy Program. Glenn also told me if we converted to natural gas (we had oil heat), we could save a bunch more. We sat on the proposal for a while and picked it up again late last year. I did some research and saw people paying upwards of $18 to convert from oil to nat gas.We went through the process during which we were approved for a 7 year 0% interest loan to pay for the cost of the project. The guys were in and out in three days and our house is so much warmer. Our total cost for the project was $10,440, which is great considering we've got a new furnace with a 95 efficiency rating, a central air unit (we were using window units previously), and an insulated attic (it had the original insulation from when it was built in 1955).We're very happy with the work that's been done.“

They were punctually, courteous, and most of all skilled at installing our unit. Whenever we had a question or concern, they promptly provided us with answers and exemplary service. We have a new issue with our water heater and the first company that we called was First Choice. In this world were people and companies are not reliable, it is a welcome gift to have First Choice in our corner.“

“We’ve always had a wonderful experience with Dave and his team. They installed 2 mini splits for us back in Feb 2020 and just installed two more this year in our last two bedrooms. After getting quotes from over 10 places, their pricing was the cheapest both times and we were very happy with Dave who came by to do the quotes. He was courteous and answered all of our questions. He also helped us get multiple rebates on the splits that we weren’t aware of (and nobody else had told us about).We recently had an issue where one of the splits stopped working and Dave came by that afternoon to replace a blown fuse, free of charge.Their service has always been great and I highly recommend them!“

Mike is extremely skilled / knowledgeable and very reliable. He is a local guy with deep ties to the community and when our hvac leaked today (Christmas weekend) he was at our door in less than 10 minutes and the problem was resolved shortly thereafter. No charge as we are maintenance service customers. He doesn’t even require a contract. Marcketta is a rare find, especially in this area where it feels like most vendors are trying to rip you off.
