Our issue was successfully resolved. They provided a written quote, completed the work in a timely fashion, and left the work area clean. They were very courteous, friendly and respectful. I will definitely use them in the future.
I called Ryan & Company because of several reasons. It is loca, right around the corner from where I live. The phone was answered promptly and the receptionist immediately scheduled an appointment for a plumber. Subsequently, I received 2 emails. The first arrived the night before the appt. As a reminder. It also gave me a name and photo of the plumber coming for security reasons. The fellow arrived right on time. He examined the area to be fixed, explained what needed to be done and gave me the price. He went straight to work and was near and clean. The plumber was knowledgeable and friendly.
