Called the next morning, a Sunday, just to double check as a new customer and spoke live with a helpful gentleman. The tech, Norm, showed up on time and was both friendly and informative. He diagnosed the issue, educated me on what had happened and how to prevent it going forward, and stuck around to make sure the unit was working properly once adjusted. He was a Nest pro. It’s been two weeks, and the unit has been working well ever since. You’re going to pay up for the service, but it’s worth it. An example of how good a company can operate with the right PE infusion.
