“We have used Steve twice for different issues and he's been a lifesaver both times. The first time last year he came out and fixed an issue with our furnace, and while the part took some time, he was responsive and got things taken care of quickly once the part came. The second time was yesterday when I came home to no heat and of course it's 15 degrees outside.
