I was told that a Plumber would be at my house with a two hour window. I wait for an hour past the two hour window then and I was told all there guys are busy,I get that but no call letting me know what’s going on? No apology nothing. Don’t do business with New Jersey Water Heaters..
Friend of mine called last night and was told someone would be out at 4. By 430 when no one showed up they called the office and was told theyd get a call back.. 6pm, no call back and no service. And no one would pick up the phone when they called. So they called from a different phone number and thats when they picked up the call! Was told they had no one to come out and help them and they were sorry. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend!! Honesty is always best and they should have been told from the first call that there was no one available. Do not use this company, even if youre desperate! i only chose one star because I had to in order to write this review
