Patryk came on time to take a look at our leaking hot water heater that still had 3 years left on its warranty. He got the hot water heater manufacturer to honor the warranty so that we only had to pay for parts and labor. Patryk installed a new hot water heater the same day. He was courteous, patiently answered questions and thorough.
Kyle was on time, was able to diagnose the problem quickly and make the repair quickly, did several tests, gave good advice on resolving it without issue next time (if it recurs). 5 stars are not enough! John was a phenomenal plumber, with surgical precision, I’m not kidding, just when I thought the job was done, he followed up with more diagnostics, and did a thorough repair and improvement. My Neighbor Paul Lutz deserves the credit for recommending Precision Plumbing too.
