I've been meaning to write this review for some time, I wish I had gotten in done in a more timely manner.We had a 20 year boiler die on us. We've had various contractors come in over the years to service the unit, some good, some bad. It was time for this to go.John came out to give us an estimate. He also pointed out issues with the water heater that I was unaware of, and suggested a complete unit for heat, as well as "on demand" hot water for the house.John worked though a plumbing nightmare in my half basement, as the cold weather really set in this past December. Jon at Neal Plumbing is the best!!! He has revolved a rare water issue at our house. They also did all of the plumbing for our kitchen renovation. They are smart, efficient and professional.
