Steve and his people are some of the greatest people. Converted from oil to natural gas and Steve made the process so easy. His son Nick was so helpful always and answering our questions and coming through and helping whenever we needed him. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

In the late hour of a cold Friday night we were having an issue with our furnace and our house was dropping temperature quick. We found BayBreeze’s (Stephen’s) phone number form our towns local Facebook page, which came highly recommended. Here we are desperately calling at 10:45pm and Stephen picked up and immediately helped us. Without question he stopped what he was doing to walk us through the steps to get the furnace up, virtually! Stephen provided us with great customer service. He said he would check on us after 10 minutes to make sure we were successful with the steps he provided. Sure enough it worked and he followed up as well! An awesome local company!...read full review
