They were on time, friendly and professional, explained everything, and answered all my questions. I was impressed by the effort they were willing to make to get the work done as well as possible (also saving me some money in the process). After they were done they checked everything very carefully. The deal they offered was more than fair. Chris D. was here before and is great, too - friendly, professional, patient, and willing to put in strenuous effort to do the job as well and as inexpensively as possible. “Mike at M.J.F plumbing has been phenomenal. I couldn't recommend him enough.We just moved into an older house that had Boiler troubles and he gave us the most competitive price, by far. We had gotten 6 previous estimates.Mike was honest and fair every step of the way. I also really appreciated him walking me through what he was doing and how things worked etc. He really helped me feel confident in the job overall and I could tell he knows what he's doing.After the Boiler was complete, we found some extra surprises with the house. A leak in the baseboard heaters, a leak in a water pipe, and a leak in our main water shut off valve. Mike was upfront about our options and worked with us through the entire ordeal. And again, despite them being surprises, we were blown away by his honesty and fair prices.The work done was all clean and done with care. Nothing was rushed. Mike takes pride in his work and will go the extra mile to make sure his job is a job well done.Also, whoever was the person that said Mike hit your mail box? Talk to him for 5 minutes and you'll know that is so farfetched! My wife and I read reviews and said to ourselves, if that's his worst review? Then we're sold! We were not disappointed at all.I'll add a picture of our final product. Wish I had a before and after to really show how much of an improvement this is!“
“I wish 10 stars was an option... our air conditioning wasn't working at our shore house. With my mom being elderly we definitely need air-conditioning because she suffers from the heat. I thought of Longs right away, because they were our installer 11 years ago and We've never had an issue at all with the unit til now. So I called them and explained the issue and they put me on their schedule to come out and look at it that same week.. They came, diagnosed the issue and told me that they could have it fixed within two days because they had to get the parts .. Ryan the technician who came out was amazing, highly knowledgeable and very personable! Ellen from the office helped with the paperwork she also was very knowledgeable and gave exceptional customer service .. I was afraid of the price but let me tell you the price was right. Also everything worked out. I'm so glad we went with Long's from the start.. if anyone reads my review, know that I am highly highly recommending them 100%!!“
