They performed the camera inspection first and immediately diagnosed that the clog was minor and not the actual cause of the leak. Instead of just mindlessly running a heavy snake down the line to make a quick buck, they carefully inspected the pipe itself and found a small physical hole. They honestly explained that running a mechanical snake through a pipe with an existing hole could rip it open and cause a massive structural disaster.<br><br>They advised me to skip the snaking entirely to save my pipe, and I only had to pay for the honest diagnostic camera work.
