They truly earned every single one of these stars.<br><br>I reached out to several plumbing companies about a leaking water valve, and Above & Beyond was the only one that was completely honest and transparent with me from the start.<br><br>When I asked about potentially needing to replace my water meter yoke, they actually told me, “You should check with the town to see if you can get one through them at a discount. Sometimes they will do that for you.” They also told me they would inspect the yoke when they replaced the valves and would not replace it unless it actually needed to be replaced.<br><br>And sure enough, it didn’t need to be replaced!<br><br>That really stood out to me because I had spoken with other plumbers who told me the yoke had to be replaced along with the valves. One company even quoted me over a grand more and essentially made it sound like my entire plumbing system needed to be replaced. Needless to say, I was very glad I kept looking.<br><br>Mike was the plumber who came out, and he was fantastic. He called me on his way over to give me a heads-up, handled the coordination with the town’s water department for the water shutoff, and got everything done quickly, efficiently, and professionally.<br><br>What impressed me most was the combination of honesty, reasonable pricing, transparency, and genuinely good service.
