UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Edwards Brothers Plumbing Company really went above and beyond what i expected. We had a clogged drain line and stuff was backing up into the house, so it turned into a messy plumbing problem fast. The warranty company was no help, but when i called, they responded right away and got to work. austin checked the sewer line, found roots causing the blockage, and explained everything in simple terms. They also found an older repair near a weak spot in the line, about 18 inches from where it could have failed, and they took care of it like it was under warranty. cesar said it was the right thing to do, and that kind of honest service is hard to find. austin and his assistant were both amazing, and i will keep using this plumbing service going forward. On a friday afternoon, i found a leak behind my water heater, so i had another plumber come out to check it. Since the leak was behind the tank and the water heater was older, i figured it made sense to replace the unit while fixing the plumbing leak. The first quote i got felt way too high, so with water actively leaking, i wanted a second opinion fast. Luckily, austin answered the phone.
