At first, communication felt slow, and getting through by phone took longer than expected, but the situation was later handled much better. Edwards Brothers Plumbing Company followed up about my concerns, worked to make things right, and moved up the water heater installation sooner than originally planned. Cesar installed the new water heater professionally and also returned to adjust the vent to make sure everything was working properly.
