The second was Breaking ice i looked at the reviews and called. They said they would send someone out later today between 1 and 3. I said ok.. so far so good. They sent me a text at 12:30 with photo of Yousef telling me he was on his way. He was here by 1pm. Save guy as the photo.. Very nice, polite, and professional. He checked my unit, told me what was wrong and gave me a price. I was surprised at how reasonable it was. Yousef was here to do a job and he wasn't trying to sell me on anything.
