With a job completed earlier, the plumber, Shane, was able to come to my home before the appointment time. He worked all the way through, cutting tile, replacing an old three valve system into one. He was very professional and did not stop working until the job was finished. At first, I thought the price was a bit high but then seeing the amount of labor that had to be put in this job... in the end it was finished correctly and has a warranty. Shout out to Shane for a great job.
I'm always pleased with Ben Franklin's service. Wade and Tim replaced and repaired incoming water valves to my house and did a very efficient replacement of a shower fixture in one of out bathrooms. Always courteous, personable, knowledgeable, I use Ben Franklin for any plumbing issues that arise.
