Within approximately three hours of my call to Ben Franklin regarding a leaking toilet, the toilet had been completely replaced. Likewise, a sink stopper in the bathroom. There was no sign that a technician had been here and everything was as good as new.
Called and they had someone there within an hour. Found the pipe leak and quoted me a price right away. Had to have all new water pipes installed. They house is very old and the piping that was there is not made anymore. They were very prompt and had it all done very quickly and were very professional about the whole job. Would definitely recommend them!
With a job completed earlier, the plumber, Shane, was able to come to my home before the appointment time. He worked all the way through, cutting tile, replacing an old three valve system into one. He was very professional and did not stop working until the job was finished. At first, I thought the price was a bit high but then seeing the amount of labor that had to be put in this job... in the end it was finished correctly and has a warranty. Shout out to Shane for a great job.
