I had Muhamad, as my installer. He went over the top to help me get my tankless water heater installed. My previous water heater had the board shot and didn’t produce hot water anymore. So I called home dept to order a new unit to be installed. Needless to say the hot water unit was not the right one that needed to be used.
Muhamad came to install the unit and noticed it wasn’t the right unit to replace. Knowing I have children in the house he said he couldn’t leave us with out any hot water.. Muhamad mad may calls to find us a unit I could afford.
