I am volunteering at a local recreation area and we had a Sewer back up and our call was answered promptly and Alex. The technician got to us within 42 minutes. He cleared the blockage knew exactly what to do exactly how to explain things to me so I could show them where they were and it got done in a timely fashion. I thought it was gonna be a nightmare to call out for a sewage clog on a Saturday, but it worked out pretty well. Clear
