Mike and Nick Z were great to work with. They were quickly able to fix the issue with our leaky sink, but also talked us through everything and gave us an idea of how to approach a few other plumbing questions we had around the house as well. They were a big help.
John G was great! He found what was causing the problem with the ac convector but more importantly he wanted to know why the part broke. He kept looking and trying different things until he saw the issue. This way when the new part goes in, he will be able to fix what caused the part to break in the first place.
Nina is wonderful when you call. She is really helpful and listens intently to the problem to make sure that the right technician is sent out to fix the problem.
Over the course of many years Metric has helped us with the installation of our on-demand water heater as well as with the yearly servicing of this unit. In addition Metric has also maintained and when necessary upgraded our home heating furnace as well. On every occasion the Company and their technicians did an absolutely wonderful job!! Emergency visits as well as routine maintenance visits were readily scheduled, and technicians always arrived on time.
