“Mike was AWESOME! We came home from vacation to a power outage and coincidental (unrelated) busted hot water tank. Mike came out immediately and replaced the tank. He worked so neat & clean that I couldn't even tell he was in the house. The new setup is so much user-friendly and accessible. He sent a video of the final installation and explained all the shutoff locations and operation in detail. I can't say enough about him! If you need piece of mind and professionalism, this is who you call.“

“If i could give more than 5 stars I would. We have had a maintenance contract with Harmony for many years. It has paid off in spades with the services we have gotten from them.

We use them for general annual winter and summer maintenance of our HVAC systems, using tech Danny whenever possible as he knows our systems after so many years. And during our time with them, they have replaced our furnace and AC as those systems wore out after many years.

We have also had occasional issues with furnace/AC which always seem to happen at the worst possible times (while we are away, heat waves, cold snaps, holidays, etc.) Harmony always is prompt in getting out to service us, even on holidays and weekends and they have resolved some very challenging repair/replacement scenarios faster than anyone has a right to expect, even in one case replacing a furnace very promptly in the middle of a very cold spell while we were away from home.

And they always provide their services at what I believe to be a reasonable price for the quality of their service. I cannot recommend this company highly enough not only for their service, but for value for the services provided and for the comfort that we have a company servicing our HVAC systems that seems to care about their customers. When it comes to HVAC you have to know you can get taken care of when you need it and with Harmony, in our experience, that is the case. We sleep better at night knowing they are there for us.“
