Ideal Refrigeration heating and cooling service is excellent. They installed the furnace in my house 14 years ago. Recently, the furnace motor was worn out. When I called for help, Ideal was very responsive, sent a technician out promptly, and followed up until the work is done to satisfaction. Good customer service, professional, friendly, and the price is competitive.

I was frustrated with a service contract I had with another company taking over 2 weeks to make an appointment, no shows, long waits on phone to speak to someone, etc. My refrigerator chilled only to 60 degrees. Living out of 2 igloos and a college refrigerator.I called Ideal, Gary came that morning, figured out the problem, ordered a part and in 2 days all was back to normal. Quick, efficient, and affordable.

Fridge was not cooling. Ideal was able to come out the same day within a few hours and quickly diagnosed a dodgy fan and they actually had the part in the truck. Quick and efficient service. Will absolutely use again.
