Aerus
“As a family-owned business, having the right equipment from the very beginning has been one of the biggest factors in our success. The quality of the tools you use matters, but just as important is having someone you can trust to stand behind them. That’s exactly what we’ve found with Rich and his wife at Aerus in Denville.
Over the past year, we’ve purchased five commercial/ household vacuums from them, and every step of the way they’ve provided outstanding service, honest advice, and exceptional support. Whether it’s routine maintenance, repairs, or simply taking the time to answer our questions, they’ve always treated us with professionalism, patience, and genuine care.
What stands out most is that Rich truly puts his customers first. As business owners ourselves, we know how valuable that is. He has a way of making you feel confident that you’re in good hands and that he’ll always do what’s right. That level of integrity and customer service is hard to find these days.
We’re incredibly grateful for everything Rich and his wife have done for us and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality equipment backed by people who genuinely care about their customers. Thank you both for being such an important part of our journey!”

“My AC was blowing warm air so I called Harmony for a service call about 9 am. By 1030, Ben was at my home . Ben was pleasant, and highly professional. A few hours the AC was working properly. Very happy with the service .”
