We called Petro, who we have a service contract with, and they sent out a kid who didn't know how to solder pipes and put a pipe in and it was still leaking... in turn Petro told us to get our own plumber. Anyway... we called the Polite Plumber, Jessica on the phone was super friendly and got out a tech early the next morning. Kyle showed up and was extremely professional, answered all my questions and got our water back on really fast. Our crawl space is pretty horrible but Kyle did the work with a smile and couldn't be nicer about it. I will definitely be calling them again.“
