Rich was super helpful getting my central vacuum back up and running. He made sure that we had everything we needed in terms of information in case anything happens in the future as well. Call Rich someone that actually cares about there customers.
I’ve been dealing with this company for over 10 years. But I’ve been an Electrolux customer for close to 50 years and prior to that my mother owned an Electrolux aka aerus.
The service is excellent. They pick up my vacuum and within two days I had the part or vacuum completely fixed.
Can’t ask for more than that.
