“We have had the NJR service plan since we moved into our townhouse. Whenever there was an issue, we called, and they always came out the same day or the next day. They were consistently professional and took care of the problem on the first visit, and if not, on the second visit, depending on the nature of the issue.

Because our units were more than 20 years old and had been installed before we moved in, we had been thinking about replacing them. NJR offered a great deal, and we decided to take advantage of that wonderful offer. Within a week, they came out and replaced the heating unit, and due to the weather, they returned about a week later to replace the AC unit.

Everyone we dealt with was friendly, professional, and courteous. The representative assisting us was always available to answer questions, came out to make sure everything was installed correctly, and even returned to see if any adjustments could be made to help the system run even better.
