She took the time to explain every step of the process and was very honest about setting realistic expectations since my hair was previously dyed black, which I truly appreciated. The final color turned out even better than I imagined and complements my skin tone perfectly. She’s not only incredibly talented but also so sweet and reassuring. Hands down the best experience I’ve had—highly recommend her to everyone!
What an amazing experience!! I usually don’t frequent nail salons spefically for pedicures in fear of infections and just an unsatisfactory service in general, but gosh. This place is amazing! Its so clean. all tools and files used are in single use packaging. I got a basic acrylic pedicure with a french tip. My toes and legs feel so soft and I still feel so relaxed hours after getting the service done! ? I unfortunately wasn’t able to get the name of the kind woman who did my pedicure, but she was so sweet and did an amazing job. 10/10! I am definitely making this my main spot.

First, I don’t understand any of the negative reviews. I spoke with Lisa initially, after speaking with other florists about our wedding flowers and she was absolutely amazing. After an in person consultation, I was beyond impressed with her professionalism, friendly demeanor and supportive attitude. Our wedding was in late May and I wanted our flowers to reflect the spring season. I immediately felt confident that Lisa knew my vision and she also had great suggestions. Communication with Lisa throughout the process was seamless. I received numerous emails with photos of her suggestions, names of all the flowers being used and was more than satisfied. The contract with pricing was clear and precise. I met with Cara a few weeks prior to the wedding to see a mock centerpiece and needed to make a small change and she was nothing but pleasant and very accommodating. We also needed to add an additional centerpiece and it was an easy change. On the day of the wedding, when the flowers were delivered, I was beyond impressed! They were gorgeous!! Our ceremony was outdoors and the wedding arch was beautiful. The bouquets, boutonnières, floral arrangement at the entrance to cocktail hour, mother’s wrist corsages and the centerpieces were more beautiful and elegant than I could have imagined. I can’t tell you how many of our guests complimented the beauty of the flowers. Lisa, Cara and the floral set up team went above and beyond. I truly can’t find enough words to express my gratitude for A Touch of Elegance and their outstanding, beautiful creations for our wedding day. Thank you Lisa, Cara and your wonderful team!
What an amazing addition to the Randolph area with this new barber shop. Anthony is extremely professional and very accommodating. In addition, an excellent very talented barber. His staff is very friendly as well. The shop is very clean with a very modern look. Kid friendly as well. Try this place out for your future haircut!! ?

I took my 4 year old for a haircut. Mind he has curly hair and it is difficult to find someone experienced to give him a nice haircut. Elvin did a great job with my little one. Not only the hair cut looks amazing, but he was very patient considering it was a moving, inpatient child. I totally recommend it and will be coming back!
*** UPDATE: they reached out to me and refunded my initial down payment on the hair system. They didn't have to do that and that was very kind of them. Like I said below, Their customer service is awesome and I really wanted to love the place because they're both super nice, but it's a shame the product was just so terrible for me.***
First, I want to say that both the ladies are very friendly and super polite and professional. I loved using them but the problem I ran into was when I decided to purchase a hair piece with them.
Everything went normal until the day the hair piece arrived and I went for install. I noticed the hair piece was darker than my hair and I had told them that my color was much lighter and I wanted to use that as a base and not the old hair piece that I had accidentally dyed too dark. This was a small gripe though and I could deal with it. However, after having the hair piece for a day I noticed it felt way cheaper than the other two pieces I had before. The hair felt “dollish” and not real like my past hair pieces. Also, the base of the system was rougher and caused more itching than usual. The last two pieces I had had softer bases and felt way higher quality from elite barber shop. The biggest problem I had though was the lack of coverage in the back. I could clearly tell where the piece wasn’t cut right and needed to be lower in the back by about a quarter of an inch. You could see my skin in certain spots clearly if you lifted the hair piece up in the back. I called and they agreed to see me about the problems since I was in the 7-day warranty period. I explained the problem, but she insisted it was my lighter colored hair underneath and not how it was cut, even know I can clearly see about a 1/4'” of skin after the end of the hair piece. She redid it a bit and it did look better but the next day it was exactly back to barely covering, if at all, the back area of my head. I feel extremely uncomfortable with it and parts clearly show my scalp in the back. I never had any issues like this with Elite Barber Shop and always had great coverage. Not to mention the hair piece cost me $1,000 for full installation where Elite Barber Shop cost me $700. Elite also could show/tell me the brand of the hair piece so I knew I was getting a quality product that I could check out on my own if I wanted. When I asked about the brand with MND they simply said, “hair companies place orders differently than what consumers can get on their own” and couldn’t give me a brand that made the hair piece. I really want to love the place because they’re super awesome people, but product/service left me feeling way less than stellar and I’m probably going to replace the hair piece way before it’s time with Elite Barber Shop due to it’s short comings.
I had a XERF Treatment done here and my face has never looked better. She also performed an ultra laser right after the XERF and I look amazing tight and bright totally obsessed and signed up for her packages and telling all my family and friends love her love the place. Great experience!!!!!

The lady who cut my hair was nice and fast and she made adjustments whenever I asked. The overall cut was good. The only problem is I had to make some minor repairs myself. There wasn't much attention pain to detail, like around the ears, so some small hairs were missed. Having said that, I would still go back. Hopefully I can get the same good cut with more attention paid to detail.
I had a great experience with this barber. He listened carefully to exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly. The attention to detail was impressive, and he made sure everything was clean, even, and exactly how I asked. It’s not always easy to find someone who actually follows what you request, but he absolutely delivered. I left very happy with the result and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend. My girlfriend showed him pictures of the haircut I wanted, and he made it look exactly like the photos.

Best nail salon i've been to in a long time. Michael is very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure my nails were done right and did not rush my appointment. I felt like it was a very personal appointment and I did not feel like just another dollar sign to this business. Michael also did not treat me differently due to my medical condition of my hands being super clammy, he actually provided me something to help with it during my appointment. This place made me feel like I was very much valued, and I had every single question answered and any concerns were conquered. I truly, 100% recommend this salon to anyone. Being a person who's always had acrylic and switched to gel due to multiple reasons (this salon does only gel - no acrylic) I'm very happy to have switched and will never go back. I also would like to mention that during my appointment, we discussed what nail shape would work best for my nails (I get falsies) and we determined which length would also work great and not damage my nails. I am extremely satisfied and over the moon with my nails, it's almost as if they're my own. They don't look like the ones you buy from walmart and glue on or a giant booger with a top coat. The massages arw great and they have ao much offered in this one location; manicure, pedicure, hair chut/atyle, massage, facials, etc. It is a bit pricy, but very nice.

She did an amazing job with their fairy hair, adding a fun, sparkly touch that they love. The salon was clean and inviting, and they made the whole visit special for my girls. Mike was AWESOME! We came home from vacation to a power outage and coincidental (unrelated) busted hot water tank. Mike came out immediately and replaced the tank. He worked so neat & clean that I couldn't even tell he was in the house. The new setup is so much user-friendly and accessible. He sent a video of the final installation and explained all the shutoff locations and operation in detail. I can't say enough about him! If you need piece of mind and professionalism, this is who you call.

Justin Carlin just cleaned my carpet because of a pipe that bust in my bathroom, leaking water all over my carpet. He came before he was scheduled and thoroughly cleaned my carpet. He even did a little extra. I would use his service again and highly recommend him. He told us what to expect in the drying process and was honest about everything.

I had acquired Roberts name from my brother who recommended him highly. He came, gave us an estimate and explained the procedure he would be doing and how long it would take. Robert and his crew were very professional and worked very hard to get the floor done perfectly. Our home was just recently built, and the concrete used for the floor was harder than they thought so the job took a bit longer and looks beautiful. I would highly recommend Robert you won’t be disappointed.

The exterminator, Matthew Bielawski, called up to say that he would arrive at 5:00 p.m. He arrived on time and asked us where the problem was. We showed him the area where the ants have been observed. He sprayed the area and then went outside to spray the perimeter of the property. He explained the timeline for the problem to be resolved. We appreciated his promptness and explanation of treatment and resolution of the problem.

He was efficient took his time explaining each procedure as far as ant bait spraying outdoor granules and everything involved in my tripak and how each application worked and it's effectiveness. Technicians are responsive and prompt, always talk to us before and after. Arcadia prices are much better than Viking, charged us $20 to treat maple tree for lantern flies (after Viking charged $500.!)

I live on a street with no lighting so hired Kevin in 2024 to install both path lights and up lights to brighten up the property. The results were great. He even came back to add mulch and a few additional plants at a reasonable cost. Fast forward 2 years, one of the up lights that was used in a small maple tree burned out, he came right away to replace the bulb at no cost.
County Landscaping did an amazing job for us!! They installed a new huge paver patio in our backyard with several sets of stairs, lighting, and a nice metal railing. Beautiful work! They were very clean and careful. They took care not to damage the driveway or any of the existing landscaping. At the end of each day their crew washed down the driveway. Good communication from beginning to end. Bill, the owner, and his son took their time to discuss all phases of the work with my wife and I. Bill even took time out on his day off to meet us at the stoneyard to help us pick out the perfect paver design. I cannot thank them enough for a job well done. Besides doing great work, Bill is also one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. Very down to earth and honest. If you’re considering any type of landscape project for your home you need to give him a call.
We had our first visit to the office today. What a great experience! Our hygienist, Mabel, was extremely thorough, friendly and kind. My son had a struggle holding the x-ray bit in his mouth but she was so patient and calming. Dr. Annie was very pleasant, kind and thorough, as well. I had plenty of time to discuss any questions and got a good look at the x-rays from my seat.
My son had a very loose tooth which popped out during his cleaning. Mabel handled it smoothly and he even got a cute little treasure box to put it in. The kids got goody bags and prizes. They are excited to go back and I am so happy to have found such a wonderful new pediatric dentist! 😁

I was referred to this office by my oral surgeon, and I had such a great experience. The office itself is clean, modern, and really aesthetically pleasing—I loved that there were TVs in each room, which made the visit feel more comfortable and relaxing.
The dentist I saw was very warm, kind, and attentive. I felt like he took his time and gave me a really thorough exam, which I truly appreciated. The hygienist was also incredibly kind and made the whole experience even better.
