“Sam was absolutely amazing! Our refrigerator stopped working and he came out quickly, diagnosed the issue, and had it repaired efficiently. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it.
The quality of his work was excellent, his communication was great, and he genuinely cared about making sure everything was working perfectly before he left. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and honest.
