Ernesto is a top-notch repair professional. When our Uline undercounter drink fridge no longer cooled he quickly diagnosed a faulty thermostat as the issue. He ordered the part and kept us updated on the status and when he could do the repair via text.

He showed great consideration care to our house when performing the care. We have wood floors and he clearly knows what he’s doing - moving heavy appliances with the technique and equipment to not damage anything.

Ernesto came out to repair a SubZero 650 for me and did an excellent work. I was a bit obsessive about finding the right person for the job and not someone who was just collecting a check, and he was that guy. Extremely happy and will keep him in mind for all future needs and references.

My husband booked a refrigerator maintenance service online from FridgeFix's website Saturday, October 12, 2024 and requested the time and date for the service to be today(Thursday) afternoon. We provided our about-10-year-old refrigerator's brand name and model number, and indicated what we want is mainly to replace the door seals.
