We reached out to Roc after 2 failed attempts by home insurance HVAC service providers to adequately identify and resolve a leak in our Gree AC mini-split units. Roc came out to fully assess the situation and walked me through every step of the way in order to get a true idea of what was going on in the system. He is incredibly knowledgeable and very thorough in his work.He was able to locate a major leak that the other 2 providers had missed, and repaired it for good this time. My only regret is that we didn't reach out to Roc from the very start as that would've saved us time and money. I reached out to Roc about fixing my Google Nest thermostat and he was so professional about the process. He knew exactly what the issue was and quickly fixed it. Not only was he efficient and knowledgeable, but he also took his shoes off before entering my apartment - I personally appreciated that because I have NEVER seen anyone else do that.
