I did not have a problem with the technician. He was courteous and polite. I did have a problem with the fact that I was charged $99 to "diagnose" the problem when I already told them what the problem was. Then, even though I sent the model number of the appliance so that they could have the necessary parts to fix it, they came without the necessary parts and it could not be fixed. Also, the part would have cost me $60, but the labor would have cost approximately $375.00, so almost $450.00 total. I don't think I should have been charged the diagnostic fee if they were not in a position to fix the problem that they said they would fix just because they didn't come...read full review

Technician was excellent but Sears repair took 3 months to fix my stove. Same thing with my dishwasher repair. Took 2 months to be repaired. Seems like they drag out the repairs while receiving $65 a month for the warranty. Trying to get a live rep on the phone is a joke. When you do get a rep, you end up calling at least 4 different numbers to get a person that can assist you.Service: Stove, cooktop & oven repair

The technician was very rude at the time of arrival and did not introduce himself as a Sears Tech. Also, he said that it was 4 p.m. And he was coming to see what was the problem with my appliances as it was my fault for him being late for my appointment. Not professional, very rude, and not communicative at all, and you can't get a smile on his face.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair
