From start to finish this was a good experience. I called about our fridge not staying cold. I scheduled a date so they could come and take a look. On the scheduled date, he was on time and inspected the fridge. Thirty minutes after he left, I received a call with an estimate. I agreed. They ordered the part and he came and installed it. It's been working fine since then. I feel they were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I would use them again.

I was very pleased with Bill’s appliance service yesterday. They came and fixed my refrigerator! They were very professional and knew what they were doing!
