After initially not being able to repair our refrigerator, L & J Repair was extremely sincere in their efforts to get our fridge working, making several visits to our home over the period of a few weeks. They were finally able to make all the repairs and even were so kind as to refund our original cost of repairs to accommodate for the inconvenience caused. A big thank you to the team at L & J, especially Josephine, one of the supervisors, who went out of her way to call me numerous times and make sure that the repairs were made correctly.

Not only was L&J absolutely crackerjack in this service visit, they're consistently the most buttoned up and professional appliance repair people with whom I've ever had the pleasure of working. They literally do everything right - from the call the day before to schedule the appointment, to their totally respectful and polite technicians, to their transparent and fair billing. Most importantly, they do the job right - and on the first time. They quickly diagnose the issue, and solve it just as fast. Can't ask for better than that.In a sentence, L&J is the very model by which all customer service work like this should be done. Bravo. A++.

L & J is a great company if you're looking to have a major appliance serviced. We had their young service man come out to fix our Sub Zero refrigerator. What can I tell you.He was on time, he fixed the issue and he was informative on how we should take care of our appliance to avoid future problems. I was impressed.So if you looking for a company that does what they say they do, that hires the right type of people and gets the job done, look no further than L & J.
