I called to get my oven serviced/inspected, they set my appointment and the technician showed up on time and quickly got everything working again.
If you need your oven or any home appliance fixed give them a call.
I don’t really post review that often anymore, but I want to thank Lotus Appliance LLC for getting my central air unit back up and running just before the heatwave. The technician was professional and explained what had failed and what needed to be replaced. The only downside was having to wait about 24 hours for the replacement part to arrive, which wasn’t ideal, especially during the heat.
However, they kept me informed throughout the process and came back promptly as soon as the part was available.
Once the repair was completed, the system has been working at optimum levels, cooling the house better than it has in a long time.

Excellent service! Lotus Appliance LLC is the best, professional, punctual, and quickly fixed my HVAC issue.
The technician explained everything clearly, charged us a fair price, and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving.
I highly recommend them for heating, cooling, refrigeration, and appliance repair. I’ll definitely use them again!
