Randy is fantastic! He is extremely knowledgeable and and friendly. He's able to explain everything that was wrong and the fix that's implemented clear and concisely. You can tell the work he does is performed with care and attention to detail. He's always able to turn the sketchy situations I find (and sometimes cause) in my old home into working & reliable plumbing.
