“1/25/26 - after Sunday snow storm, we woke up with no heat. My husband called several companies at 8am Sunday morning and no one answered. When he called Goodman , someone did answer and they came right out. With all his efforts to tget it working but couldn’t. Concerned for our safety, he left a co2 sensor (for gas leak) and suggested we go get some space heaters to tide us over. At his suggestion, we purchased a new system and he said that his team would be here Monday morning to install. Yes! “I was getting my ducts sealed. They also cleaned my entire system and are blowing out my vents and disinfecting them. Alex was very knowledgeable and a really nice guy. I highly recommend.“

“Absolutely the best experience I could have with a failed heater less than a week before Christmas! I called well after most companies would have been closed on Thursday, and a tech was still at my home first thing the next morning. Long story short, the repair didn’t work (it was unfixable & leaking carbon monoxide into my home). A senior technician (Adam) came out immediately to further assess the situation, ensure that I was safe, & get me an appointment with the replacement consultant (Dan) the same day. By the close of business Friday, I had my choice of proposals and an appointment for Monday morning. Dan made sure that I understood what was wrong & my options, and even loaned us a space heater for the weekend! We then used them for installation of a garbage disposal, and that was also a great job. I was very impressed by the care the installer used in keeping the house clean.
