Used their emergency service for a non-functioning furnace. Communication was good, both with me and between WF Smith employees. I was contacted by a technician ~2 hours after my initial call on a cold Saturday afternoon.

The technician was pleasant and newest job, and reviewed everything with me as he went along on the installation of the humidifier and the rewiring.Thank you and Shirley would use WF Smith again

Technician was courteous, knowledgeable and on time. We were only in our home a few weeks and never had a heat pump before. He took the time to explain how it works and was very informative. Highly recommend
