“My water heater unexpectedly stopped working after 10.5 years so I called Abat Plumbing. Frank answered my call at 7:45 AM and came out the very same morning to inspect the unit.

Frank determined that the error code indicated a weak ignition, but the replacement part was not in stock and could take a few days to arrive. He was able to temporarily reactivate the water heater and honestly explained that, given its age, replacement would be the best long-term solution. He also identified a few rustic water pipe which needs to be replaced.

We decided to move forward with the replacement, and Frank's son, Frank Jr., installed the new water heater that same day. While working in the basement, Frank Jr. noticed that our AC system was leaking. He pointed it out to us without charging anything extra. We contacted the company that installed our AC three years ago, and they sent a technician two days later to fix the issue.

“Our AO Smith tankless hot water heater stopped working. We had a hard time getting hold of a plumber, even though we tried several & let messages. Two were kind enough to call us back. Of the two that called, they suggested replacing parts to replacing the whole unit. We asked for quotes on both, but never received any additional information. We ended up chasing both plumbers for these quotes, as we had already paid a service fee for them to come out. We didn’t know what we would do next as we were forced to shower all over town imposing on people who know and love us.
Then we got Steve’s number from a friend. He picked up on the first ring. He was pleasant and very knowledgable. After sharing photos of our current unit, error codes, and answering a few questions, Steve was certain we needed a new tankless unit. Even though he had a very full schedule, he was able to provide us with a quote within hours and install our new Navien Tankless Hot Water heater the next day for an incredible price. Steve arrived with 2 associates, Juan & Carlos who could not have been nicer or more professional. They completed installation with in hours, removed our old unit and cleaned up all things related to the job. We are so grateful that Steve is the kind of Plumber who answers his phone, gets back to you when he says so & knows what he’s doing for an affordable & fair price.

“We have a commercial grade boiler in our house for radiant heat. We had an obvious gas leak in the burner somewhere and had to turn off our heat. After 2K for parts and 2 visits from another plumber could not find the leak, I called Jason. Jason and his apprentice showed up when another job finished early later in the afternoon and spent 2.5 hours disassembling, testing and checking each joint, valve and area for why it was still leaking. His tenacity and professionalism paid off... he found the leak coming from an uncommon place, warped/ wavy seals between the burner and the tank. Yes, we won't have heat again for a few days while waiting for the part (which will cost next to nothing) but I will call Jason in the future purely for his thoroughness, tenacity and desire to do the job correctly the first time.
