“Earlier in the week, we had found a bed bug in the master bedroom of our 2 bedroom apartment. I decided to reach out to above and beyond bed bug services and there team did not disappoint. Liz was very helpful in arranging an inspection that same day. Shortly after I received a call from Luis who was very compassionate and forthcoming about the process of eliminating our problem would entail. He was very proactive and took initiative to call me and my family personally to provide relief and make us confident in his teams technique to deal with our issue. One of the solutions above and beyond specializes in is called aprehend, which is a fungal spore to create a barrier that will infect the bugs and eventually dispose of them. With this process we were able to bypass the stress and time constraints of packing up everything before we can attack the issue.
