I was recommended Positive Pest through a friend, and I am incredibly grateful to them for completely eliminating our pest problem!! As it was our first time hiring a pest control service, we had several questions which Nat answered in a very kind and timely manner. We had one initial, deep clean followed by three maintenance sessions over the span of three months. A huge, huge shoutout to Reggie! He turned this highly stressful experience into one where we looked forward to him visiting because we were certain we would see less and less pests. This place was so good, I was walking around telling people about a pest control business any and everywhere. About 7 years ago we had them come in to do a 4 family row home. The entire home, 3 floors and every apartment. We were infested with mice and as we moved in with a baby, it couldn’t be something to look over. My wife’s grandfather could have charged us significantly more for our one bedroom but was generous not to. I can’t tell where this company ranks in cost because I didn’t compare, looked them up and called. The combination gave me the confidence to commission them for the task.
