Really helpful to speak with them over phone and to text regarding our pest concerns. They responded promptly and offered their diagnosis with honest, constructive advice! I highly recommend them!

When you think of exterminators you don't generally think the term friend. it's just a nasty job and someone's got to do it. Well when I think of Positive Pest Management Exterminators not only do I think "Positive" but I honestly think the term friend. I have used their services for close to a year now...if not longer. (problem started with a construction project accross the street from me...i will leave it to your imagination.) Well not only did they "eliminate" the problem but they really went above an beyond, making invaluable recommendations (which I implemented) and coming at all hours making special trips at very low premium. Indeed just recently I had a problem that for technical reasons was not in their wheelhouse, nevertheless Bennett took the time to explain everything to me and to give me good guidance as to how to proceed. It is rare to find someone so caring and concerned in an industry that is anything but pretty. I am so happy to have literally stumbled upon this company after a very disappointing experience with another one. Over the years I have amassed a list of trusted service people that I rely on. Positive fills my exterminator slot! This is NOT a paid review. I get nothing for it. I am a bona-fide customer who just wants to spread the word when I find something worthwhile.
