Excel Pest Services is a family owned and operated business providing effective and reliable pest control. Technicians are fantastic, super helpful, kind, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They are thorough, personable, and great at explaining the situation. Customer service and attention to detail are top notch, always responsive and professional. Technicians figure out the problem, seal entry points, and use bait to eradicate infestations. The team makes sure everything is handled smoothly, providing easy and reliable service that is highly recommended.
Christian Ramirez was our tech he did a fantastic job, truly splendid service and explained every step and why it was being done. Will use the service again certainly and most of all with Christian, he was the best.
Andrew came from Pest Control and was fantastic. Made me feel very at ease with the situation and comfortable on reporting any issues. He was very quick to respond when I put in my ticket. Highly recommend and would want Andrew back as the personnel helping us out.
Christian Ramirez did a fantastic job addressing a mice issue at our two-family house. He was confident, thorough, and clearly brought years of experience — he checked every corner of the property without cutting corners. What really stood out was how patiently he explained the treatment plan to our tenants in both English and Spanish, making sure everyone understood what to expect.
