Jose was timely, knowledgeable, and willing to get the job done. He was also professional, and made me feel at ease from start to finish. I would definitely recommend.
So far working with NYC extermination has been a great experience. Jose was very knowledgeable and cared about the work he was doing. He came in and filled in all the gaps in my apartment and sealed off any entry points for pests. He will be coming back shortly for the actual extermination service but even sealing the place has provided me with some peace of mind. He’s been great to work with!
I am so thankful I found NYC extermination through a Google search. From the very first phone call, Grace was incredibly kind, calming, and incredibly reassuring. I explained the problem we were dealing with in our kitchen. No matter what I tried I just couldn’t get rid of them.
Jose arrived right on time and immediately put me at ease. Explain that this is the time of year when ants are swarming, I reassure me that the problem could be handled carefully please traps throughout my kitchen cabinets and floors, they went outside and treated around the house to target the nest directly.
